VIBE “Custom Tour Builder” Lead
Role
Own and scale the VIBE Custom Tour Builder — our tech platform that enables cycling leaders (coaches, shop owners, influencers, club leaders) to launch and sell premium week-long cycling tours in Europe.
You’ll be the bridge between product, partners, and revenue: recruiting cycling leaders, helping them launch tours, and ensuring those tours fill.
What You’ll Do
Recruit high-quality cycling leaders with engaged communities
Guide leaders through the Tour Builder (concept → pricing → launch → sellout)
Drive deposits: coach leaders on outreach, content, and conversion tactics
Manage pipeline: track leads, launches, deposits, and tour viability thresholds
Coordinate with ops team on logistics once tours reach minimums
Improve the product: give constant feedback to dev/design to simplify and increase conversion
Build playbooks: repeatable systems for leader onboarding and tour success
Identify partnerships (clubs, shops, coaches) to scale distribution
You
Deep understanding of cycling culture (clubs, coaches, group rides)
Strong sales/operator hybrid—comfortable closing and executing
Experience with community-led businesses or travel experiences
Organized, metrics-driven, and fast-moving
Clear communicator—can simplify complex ideas and motivate action
Bonus: experience with marketplaces, SaaS tools, or creator monetization

Compensation
Base + performance incentives tied to tours launched and filled. Potential for meaningful upside as the program scales.
