Where you’ll stay
Our trip starts at Borgo San Luigi, tucked in the woods near the medieval village Monteriggioni, one of the gems of the Tuscan countryside. This is an ideal crossroads for exploring the towns and landscapes of the Val d’Elsa, Chianti vineyards, Sienese mountains, and Siena itself.
Next we head south to soak in the hot springs at Terme di Saturnia. People have enjoyed its volcanic waters for thousands of years! The spa is situated near Italy’s most beautiful ancient Etruscan hilltop villages, and within striking range of southern Tuscany’s tallest mountain.
