  • Tracey Jacobs

    Tracey Jacobs is a cycling coach and multi-time national and world champion. Since 2003 she has raced at the highest level, winning USA Cycling National Championships in road, time trial, criterium, and gravel, earning Best All-Around Rider in 2023. She became UCI Gravel World Champion in 2023 and finished on the podium again in 2024 and 2025.

    Tracey trains athletes one-on-one and in groups, building custom plans that combine fitness, nutrition, strength, mindset, and skills like climbing, descending, and sprinting. Her background as a professional dancer and choreographer adds creativity and flow to her coaching, helping athletes unlock their best performance.

  • David Lipscomb

    David Lipscomb is the founder of CIS Training Systems and has over 30 years of experience with racing and elite coaching. He is the author of a new book, The System™ 6×6 Framework: The Ultimate Guide to Performance, Resilience, and Cycling Mastery.

    David coaches athletes globally and also prepares VIBE riders to perform at their best before they travel. Blending science, discipline, and resilience into every program, he ensures sustainable progress and breakthrough results.

    Through his partnership with VIBE Tours, David guarantees riders arrive fit, confident, and ready to experience cycling’s greatest destinations.

  • Jill Patterson

    Jill started road biking while living in Japan as an English teacher, eventually joining a Japanese women's team with which she did UCI stage races in the United States, China, and Thailand. Once back on U.S. soil, Jill turned her focus to Gran Fondos and gravel, becoming a GFNY world champion and a 3x USAC Gran Fondo national champion.

    Jill started her business in 2017 and has been coaching full-time since 2022. She loves working with her athletes to deliver customized programs that achieve their goals, whether that is getting on a podium, multi-day camps, or crushing local group rides. Jill is USA Cycling Power Certified, TrainingPeaks Level 2 Certified, and USA Cycling Level 2 Coach Trained.

  • Grady Vigneau

    Grady is a multi-discipline coach and competitive cyclist. He began mountain biking as a child and picked up cyclocross, gravel, and road racing along the way. Grady takes a goal-oriented approach to training, with programs that build your foundation while also targeting metrics, specific events, or simply personal improvement.

    Grady has been a competitor in a variety of sports including college baseball, and he has coached hockey, baseball, and weightlifting. His work in scouting and player development for Major League Baseball gave him a data-driven approach which carries over to cycling. Grady works with cyclists from a range of abilities and ages and enjoys seeing his athletes progress.
