1. General Questions
-
We build epic weeks of bikes, friends, food, and culture for all fitness levels. You’ll eat well, chase scenic “side quests” to art and history, and, on select weeks, ride with pros who share stories from the pro peloton. We’re premium without the pretense. In short: Ride. Explore. Vibe.
-
Spain, Italy, and France.
-
All lodging, all meals, all transfers to/from airport and transport to activities, custom VIBE jersey, daily bike clean, daily laundry service, complementary concierge.
-
Airfare, bike rental, accommodations or transfers before or after your trip, beverages ordered beyond normal amounts or away from group activities.
-
Most weeks are capped at 15 guests. We split into pace groups so everyone rides their pace and still finishes together.

We’ll share exact pickup details in your pre-trip brief. In general, pickups happen in the designated city around 10am-12pm on Day 1 of your trip.
-
We’ll recommend the best fly-in/fly-out airports and list our courtesy transfer points for your week. You’ll book your own travel. If you choose different airports or off-route cities, private transfers are your responsibility.
-
No. We pay our guides a fair wage and they have no expectation of tips.
2. About your TRIP
-

Extras outside group activities or beyond normal amounts are billed separately. Private off-route transfers are available at additional cost.
-
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 secures your spot. The remaining balance is charged 120 days before the trip start. See the Tour Terms for full details on how credits can be applied to future tours.
-
We’ll help however we can, but some costs lock in before departure.
120–90 days out: we’ll credit 100% of your balance (excluding the deposit) toward a future trip within 24 months.
90–75 days out: we’ll credit 50% of your balance (excluding the deposit) toward a future trip within 24 months.

Credits apply to a new balance (not a deposit) and can be used once within 24 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
-
We recommend it for peace of mind (trip cancellation, interruption, medical, baggage). Life happens—insurance is the best way to protect your investment. VIBE can share suggested providers if useful.
-
Our weeks tend to fill fast. If a date works, grab it. If your window is tight, and we look sold out, please reach out—we’ll try to make space or offer a waitlist.
-
Yes, if you would like the privacy of a private room throughout your trip please select the single supplement option at checkout. This upgrade is usually 15-20% of the base trip package.

Yes—our concierge can recommend hotels in the pickup city. We suggest arriving the night before to shake off travel and time zones.

Think season, destination, and ride profile (miles/elevation). New to VIBE? Spain is our home base—great roads, warm culture, and dialed logistics. Not sure? We’re happy to talk you through fit and timing.
-
You’re in good company — many guests come solo and end up with instant friends. Our tours are built to be social, with pace groups, shared meals, and good vibes. Rooming: Solo travelers book a single supplement for a private room for the week.
-
Yes. Clubs, companies, families—we’ll shape the routes, pacing groups, and experiences to suit. Ask about dates, budgets, and rider profiles. Currently limited to Spain, France, and Italy.

You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right documents for your itinerary. For many nationalities visiting the Schengen Area, ETIAS authorization is expected to be required in 2026. Always check official guidance for the latest rules before you book flights.
-
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise.

On the rare occasion we cancel a trip, we’ll issue a full refund of what you paid to VIBE Tours. We can’t cover costs paid to other providers — like flights — so please keep that in mind when booking. See our Cancellation Policy. Travel insurance is a smart backup.

3. About the Riding
-
You don’t need race legs—just regular riding and comfort in a group. Our weeks are about joy and scenery, not suffering. With vans, guides, and smart regroup points, you can chase a KOM or chat your way up and still have a great day.
-
We sort into pacing groups (A/B/C) when numbers allow and set clear regroup spots. Flats are steady; climbs are “ride-your-pace.” Guides keep things flowing so no one feels rushed — or held back.
-
At least three guides on the road, plus a follow vehicle piloted by a pro mechanic. Think spare tubes for quick flat swaps, fuel and hydration, access to any extra layers you want stored there, and a bailout if you’re not feeling it any given day.
-
Ride consistently for 6–8 weeks beforehand and mix in some climbing or tempo work. If you want structure, we’ll connect you with an elite coach in our network for a tailored plan based on your goals and time budget.
-
Our VIBE Tours apparel has a snug, performance fit—meant to contour without squeezing. Most riders should choose their normal size, or one up. We send you a sizing chart in your Member’s account after you sign up. We’ll have extras on the trip, so you can always swap out for the perfect fit.
-
Absolutely. Some itineraries are fantastic for non-riders (spa time, walks, markets, culture days). Non-rider pricing typically covers lodging, breakfasts, group dinners, and relevant activities. Ask us which weeks fit best and we’ll outline options.
-
People do both. Do what feels right, and we’ll work with you. We like to bring our own bikes, so we’re most comfortable. If you want advice on bike boxes, please ask. If you want to rent, our Málaga bike-shop partners have great options. The rental process is easy and we will lead the way. The cost is not included in the trip, but is reasonable: between $175-$300. Yes, e-bikes are available, and will cost a bit more.
-
Yes, we make this easy. Available on all VIBE Tours, hybrid e-bikes provide a boost to your own pedal power. That way, you can conquer tougher climbs, travel with friends or family who are more intense riders, or ride more mountainous routes than you’ve been training for.
