- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement, or issue a full refund.
Shipping is flat rate $9.95 for the United States, $14.95 for Canada, and $29.95 elsewhere. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.
Yes! Some items are eligible for free local pickup or delivery in Washington, D.C. and New York City. Choose local pickup/delivery during checkout and we’ll coordinate timing and location.
